Promgirl- allowing complete freedom of movement is an expression of fashion

On Promgirl you can find  from the most popular intricate dressmakers, like Clarisse,  Scala, Badgley Mischka, Tony Bowls, and Jovani! The articles of fashion and glamour found at Promgirl.net are far reaching! In fact- they will even be sponsoring Miss Galaxy UK and Miss Teen Galaxy UK in 2012. In addition, they were also chosen to supply long cocktail dresses, formal dresses, short dresses and accessories to contestants on ABC Family’s new reality TV series America’s Queen!
Win a free dress!!!

Theire gowns can be found in magazines such as Seventeen and Elle Girl.
On this site you will find strapless dresses, formal black gowns, party and ball gowns, short prom dresses, homecoming dressings, things so classic and trendy you could wear to wedding, Quinceañera gowns, and even funky dresses! Many of their gowns are under $200 and $100 !!!

When you select any of their party or evening gowns, you can be sure that you are getting a high quality design.
Coolest thing I learned while researching their site is; they only ship one of each gown to each zip code. That saves you from wearing the same dress your friends are wearing! You will have one of their unique gowns that is all yours.
Helping someone find the perfect dress can be a challenge. It really depends on a number of things, at Promgirl there are so many to choose from, affordable dresses, expensive dresses, strapless, asymmetrical dresses, long gowns.... By narrowing down all the options for evening attire to find the perfect one is something that may take some time. Once you’ve found a dress, you need accessories to go with it.

Promgirl has a section of their site devoted entirely to that single need. I found some really special pieces there, so go have it a look and see for yourself.  At Promgirl you can also buy your shoes there too. A great pair of shoes can make or break a dress. At this years 2012 Golden Globes,  The Descendants star Shailene Woodley couldn't take the pressure at last night's Golden Globes after party, resorting to desperate measures to soothe her aching feet. Vibram FiveFingers are a "barefoot" shoe. That is they try to mimic going barefoot while providing the protection of a shoe sole. Basically they have "toes" on them. Don't do what she did and ruin your lovely gown with a pair of shoes that will make people gasp with shock when you walk buy. A classic pump or strappy heel is your best bet for any shoe paired with prom dresses or formal wear.

On that note, I want to add that it is a hot trend now to wear a shoe that is a different color than your dress. A bright red pump can perfectly be paired with a black (or other colored) dress. But use your best judgement. Also sparkly glitter shoes are trendy as well, and can liven up a solid colored dress. Be careful not to over-accessorize, especially if your dress is loud. If it is- stick to one or two smaller pieces. Aside from shoes, find a great handbag that matches the outfit so that you have something you can carry everything in. Just like shopping for your evening wear, there are all kinds of available options for these that you’ll want to take a look at and see what matches your personality and the dress the best.

Its very smart to d a  "trial run" a few days before the event with your hair & makeup! Flip & browse through top celebrity style magazines to get an idea of what you might like, and have a few friends that you know will give you their honest opinion. Find the perfect shades of makeup for the colors and hairstyle you will be sporting, and don't be afraid to try things you normally wouldn't. You might just hit it out of the ballpark. It does help to have everything planned out ahead of time. A lot of work goes into getting ready for your event and having a great night.
