LOCAL ADVISORY - TROPICAL STORM DEBBY
EMA ADVISORY: Tropical Storm Debby has dropped an average of 6-7 inches of rainfall over Camden County during the last 36 hours. The current forecast predicts another 3-6 inches of rainfall during the next 48 hours.

The areas of Camden County that have experienced the most significant flooding include: New Post Road near Kingsbay Road (north Camden Kingsbay Road), Notta Road, Butler-Johnson Road, Mission Trace subdivision near Julian Place, Haddock Road and St. Marys Road intersection, the Lakes subdivision, and Woodhaven near Oak Court.

Be sure to clear the ditches near your property to ensure proper dainage. Avoid driving through flood waters; crossing flood waters could cause vehicles to stall out and/or cause wakes that damage homes or businesses. Avoid playing in flood water; water could contain hazardous chemicals and contaminates. Allow extra time for commutes. If on a septic system and household plumbing is draining slowly, minimize water usage.
