Lastly-  never go above my cheekbone or below the eyebrow when using the device, since the skin in that area is so incredibly sensitive.

I was so surprised by this tiny devices suction power.. which is why when my best friend Courteney used it, she had issues with it. I am grateful that she reviewed it first. Since her skin is naturally prettier than mine, the last thing I want is to be worse. This little wand is no magic stick, it will not transform you into a supermodel with flawless skin. Nothing will. It is a long process. Skin turnover and exfoliation of dead skin cells is important for someone with frequent blemishes. The dead skin can be pore clogging and have dirt and oils that will clog your pores ever more than they naturally, or hormonally want to do. A good sulfur clay mask + this device should help a LOT!. I can't tell you what products to use after this. I am sure that you are supposed to use their products.. however- I was not sent them. I used the Queen Helene Mint Julep mask (I swear by it) and to moisturize, I use Ponds Cold Cream (green lid)  I noticed some slight irritation on my cheeks after and I think I would have been better off starting on my chin or another less sensitive area for my first time.  I was incredibly impressed by the soft and smooth feel of my skin afterwards, plus a few of my acne marks were gone.

PMD is endorsed by Dr OZ AND THE Doctors. My experience with PMD was pretty darn good!

It's uber simple to use. Also you might feel at ease to know it had an instructional DVD contained in the starter kit. It did seem to cause a lot of irritation for the first few days. After that, my skin seemed softer and smoother. My blemishes did start to clear up. I think it really matter though, what time of month I used this. If I were to use this around my cycle, it probably would have been like I hadn't used it at all. My skin freaks out right around that time. My cycle is incredibly irregular though. I only get about 8 a year. No, I do not want to be on BC. Thank you anyway.

When you buy this, you will receive the PMD device, two packets of discs—both containing blue and green discs for different levels of exfoliation, a power cord, and a product dvd (make sure you watch this prior to using the device).  Start out with the blue discs first, and go easy on your skin.  The PMD is a powerful little sucker , no pun intended. Make sure you are careful in the beginning with it until you know how your skin responds! 
  One thing I want to mention is that the large disc should not be used on the face.  Make sure you're only using the small, blue discs.  (The small discs create less vacuum suction—the large discs are more difficult to move around the face and therefore get stuck in one place.) Like they did on Courteney's face.


Please heed the warnings not to use the device until you have both read the instructional booklet and watched the included demonstrational DVD.

PRICES

Replacement discs cost 14.99 and the system they sent me costs 179.00. The lotions and aftercare products cost around 40-70$ a set, and individually can of course be purchased for cheaper.
