IMHO: (in layman's terms)
Its when a jealous a$$hat calls DHR/CPS on an innocent victim for retribution .
Is it legal? Sometimes. Is it unethical and immoral? Certainly. But the state can take your children for any reason they see fit. Even if you are an amazing parent. And I am.
They are given incentives, and it's wrong.
Your children, yea yours, can be taken and placed with other families. Even given to other families, and turned into little lab rats without parental consent.
It happens everyday all over America.
The link below that says "group" directs you to the Family Forward Project. It is intended to inform the public and educate the law makers regarding the unlawful social engineering financially incentivized by the Federal government.
But let my kids get taken and I'll have nothing left to live for.
