I was sent a Zero Tolerance Hinderer knife. Perfect for us, since I do have little patience and Zero Tolerance. I kid, I kid. But I'm serious too. This has got to be the coolest pocket knife I have ever seen. I have my share of pocket knifes, one I keep on my purse, and one in a sheath in my car. Why? Because, hey- you never know.. This one is way nicer than any I have ever owned. I LOVE this knife!

Anyway this is a "defender" knife a HINDERER, and to me knives are just for that. Defense & hindering. I am, not a big gun person, honestly they scare me, so a knife is perfect for me to defend myself. In addition, it's for more than just defnding yourself. A hunter could use this, or it makes a perfect gift for the hard-to-shop-for man in your life. Husband, father, son.. etc.

It is perfect for a blue collar workman to use on the job.

It is a long process. Skin turnover and exfoliation of dead skin cells is important for someone with frequent blemishes. The dead skin can be pore clogging and have dirt and oils that will clog your pores ever more than they naturally, or hormonally want to do. A good sulfur clay mask + this device should help a LOT!. I can't tell you what products to use after this. I am sure that you are supposed to use their products.. however- I was not sent them. I used the Queen Helene Mint Julep mask (I swear by it) and to moisturize, I use Ponds Cold Cream (green lid)  I noticed some slight irritation on my cheeks after and I think I would have been better off starting on my chin or another less sensitive area for my first time.  I was incredibly impressed by the soft and smooth feel of my skin afterwards, plus a few of my acne marks were gone.

DK Publishing #liftTHEflap board books for children #holidayGIFTguide #childrensbooks

I was sent these durable, fun, toddler board books from DK Publishing a few weeks back, and they were so cute I wanted to tell you about them. If you see this "Lift the flap" book in stores this Christmas, you should get it. You lift each little flap and it growls, howls and roars at you. Rowan kept laughing at it. He is almost a year old and such a little cutie.

The 1st book is appropriately named Growl! Howl! Animals! can also be bought online now, using the links provided in this post. The arv is $14.99. Under each flap is a light sensor - this book is marked inappropriate for children under 2, so I do supervise young Rowan with it, but do not reccommend you use this book for a child his age,
I let him see it, and put it up on a shelf out of his reach until next year, when he is a bit older.

My Magic Mud #review @My_Magic_Mud #naturalproducts charcoal teeth whitening!

I usually use stock info and website pictures, because I'm not too confident in front of a camera. However, since I started using this product on my teeth I have had nothing but compliments! The pictures are worth a thousand words and really speak for themselves.
My Magic Mud retails for about 25 dollars a jar, but lasts 150 applications. If you went too heavy with usage maybe 100.
My only issue is the mess it makes but it doesn't stain my porcelain sink or counter. Surprisingly it doesn't have a flavor at all and doesn't feel gritty, honestly regular toothpaste is more coarse IMHO.
I always use peroxide and baking soda, even before starting My Magic Mud.
In addition I also use Uncle Harry's so I think the combination of these products had DRASTIC results on my teeth. Keep on mind I drink a pot of coffee a day and I am also a smoker.
Again I used all products mentioned in rotation twice a day for almost three months!!

Unique artwork by Jason Ratliff #walkingShadow is #rightUPmyalley!

Meet artist Jason Ratliff! One of my faves. His lines include Walking Shadow and Float. Which are pretty self explanatory. I found his artwork featured on Fancy and immediately fell in love with the Superman Print.  What I didn't know is there is also a feminine version of it with Superwoman & a little girl. I wanted to buy it for Rowan so bad. I got it! And It looks fabulous in his room.

You can find his art on Curioos and also on his site: Jason-ratliff.com his artwork averages about 20 for a small print to 200 for GIANT prints, plus you can get them on canvas as well. Not only can you get them on acid free paper and canvas or even just framed, but also on a aluminum and acrylic glass print too. I think his artwork is a perfect gift for a gal like me who can be really hard to shop for! Not only is it detailed and unique but affordable and remarkable. I have had countless comments and compliments on this artwork since I hung it in my house.


Really, we are more of batman people, so I probably should have reviewed the batman artwork instead. Check it out!

Thanks for reading my review of Candylipz.com. This is the cutest neatest product I have seen in awhile. I am all about all natural products. I have been trying to build my blog back up, because I haven't blogged in a year. So I have been accepting neat reviews that are pitched to me, or come my way. When this one came across my email I immediately thought of the "Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge" which I've heard is basically the same thing except done with a coke bottle? When originally pitched, I accepted without really reading. It said "lip plumper" so I automatically assumed some spicy gloss, usually the contain cayenne pepper or capsaicin- which is also used for arthritis relief. Usually lip plumpers contain these pepper juices because- well they DO make your lips swell. But only when you are using them. Which is about as painful as it sounds.. and results don't last long. 

This product however is not what I expected. When I pulled it out of the gorgeously presented box, I felt like Snow White! I twisted it apart and the bottom came off and I'm looking at it like.. ok this is the bottom part of the container holding the gloss... and kept twisting and pulling at the top of the apple to get to the "gloss" I finally gave up. Luckily it withstood all that twisting and pulling, so that's good!

 Once I read the booklet inside the box I then found that this product does something similar to what I used to do in the bathtub as a child.  See, we always had a rinse cup sitting on the edge of the tub. As a small child I would pick up the cup- place it around my mouth and under my chin, and suck the air out of the cup till it was plied onto my face.  This is the same thing and DOES WORK; albeit temporarily. There are a TON of reviews and informational videos about this and all their other many products online.

There is no gloss at all in the apple. It is designed for you to put your lips into the bottom of the apple and suck the air out. This is how it plumps your lips.
