@rafflecopter: #giveaway Lysol's Allergy Air Filters #spon #enterTOwin a YEARS supply of Lysol Air filters. #blogGiveaway

Anywhere modern that you live, will need air filters! But which ones are best? If you suffer from, or someone in your household suffers from allergies to dust, pet dander and more then you should check out these very efficient Lysol Air Filters which are recommended for allergies.
The one thing I found ,most helpful about this brand and could appreciate the fact that they are widely found throughout the country, I found mine at Lowes last year on the last blog review I wrote for them!

I have a coupon code though, if you prefer to purchase online, it can be even more time-saving, and the The 20% off code is CASEY20.   My readers can purchase the filters through the following link:
http://www.filtration.com/brands/lysol

    :)
  • I wanted to also share with you that they currently have a Rafflecopter contest for a year’s supply of Lysol Air Filters that will run from November 18th- December 6th.  You will need to ‘like and share’ the Lysol Air Filters Facebook page to be entered into the contest.  The link for the Rafflecopter contest is: http://www.rafflecopter.com/rafl/display/2261920/. You can just click that link to open in a new tab/window if the widget is not showing up on my blog (below.).

You wouldn't want to use anything less than a quality air conditioner filter, especially since you have to breathe to live. What circulates air daily around your house should also serve a purpose of putting out clean air, and cleaning the air that is circulating, agree?

That's why just any old air conditioner filter is no good!

To chew or not to chew: #dentalInsurance worries BITE! #docWellbee

Dental bills stink worse than morning breath. But avoiding the dentist because you fear the bill can backfire. Majorly. Why? Cavity Creep.

What is Cavity Creep? To put it simply, as dental decay progresses, the cost to repair the damage increases… dramatically.  A cavity won’t stay just a cavity for long. The cavity – or hole in your tooth – will continue to penetrate deeper and deeper into the tooth until it is properly treated. PLUS – because you avoided the dentist, your bill just ballooned from $195 for a small cavity and filling to a 4-figure expenditure to fix a major dental issue requiring a crown ($1,200), root canal ($2,000) or even a full tooth extraction and implant ($3,000+)!

Luckily, Doc Wellbee has the solution. Doc Wellbee (www.docwellbee.com) is a dental plan to cure dental bills. They can help members reduce dental expenses up to 60%, plus earn rewards for practicing preventative care – like regular dental cleanings.  Better well care helps stop decay before it progresses into more serious and costly problem.  Unlike traditional dental insurance, there are no coverage limits, claims or waiting periods with Doc Wellbee. Our members pay their dentist directly and receive a substantial discount on virtually all procedures – even orthodontic and cosmetic.

Doc Wellbee is different because they focus on curing patents’ dental bills today – as well as in the future. Doc Wellbee knows that smarter oral care can help prevent need for costly treatments down the road. It’s why they REWARD  members to maintain regular cleanings and dental visits. Even the best brushing and flossing can’t prevent cavity creep … attacking plaque (and tarter) needs the help of a dentist too. It’s vital you catch and treat decay early – and the only way to do that is through regular check-ups, cleanings and x-rays.

@beecology What’s the Buzz with Beecology? #review #iLOVEhoney!~

Sit back, relax and let me tell you.

I’d like to send you products to sample. Let me introduce myself. My name is Amy; I met my husband David in Yiddish class while attending The Ohio State University. We have been married for over 23 years. We have three teenage children, Molly, 21, Rachel, 20 and Nathan 17. We are a family of beekeepers who produce eco-friendly, natural bath and body products, including beeswax lip balm, sulfate-free, preservative-free shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also manufacture three paraben free honey hand and body creams and moisturizing bar soaps. We can be found in about 150 stores in the US, Canada and online sites including, BeautySage.com We could not decide what to do with our excess bees wax; making candles was too mundane for us. We decided to try lip balm. After many attempts, we came up with a product we thought was great. We tested it on our family and friends; they agreed. That is where our company, Beecology started. Beecology offers products that we handicraft from natural, renewable ingredients for the body—inside and out. Product assortment currently includes, essential oil nourishing soaps, preservative free body wash, sulfate-free hair care products, antioxidants creams, raw natural honey and Buzz Balm, lip balm. When creating the business model for Beecology, there were two priorities. One was to create high quality, ecologically friendly products using completely natural and renewable ingredients. The other was to ensure charitable giving. We donate 10% of our net profits to our consumer’s charity of choice. Each supported product contains a charity code. After the purchase, consumers can visit Beecology’s charity web site, Sweetyear.org to enter the code and designate to which charity their percentage should be donated.

This is what the brand's founder emailed me. I was so impressed with the products idea before I got it. I got a nicely packaged box with a smorgasbord of products from them to sample and have been tweeting about them happily since. I am extremely passionate about the bee crisis and am pretty educated about it. Or at least I try to bee. *PUNNY!*

Anyway, I also know that honey is good for the body (inside & out!)

For instance:
I know when you have a sick kid and you have to call military doctor and insurance care provider Tricare South's (& North actually) after hours line, when a nurse calls you back, one of the things they tell you to give a child with strep, a flu, or sinus, and cold's is HONEY!
Back in old days, honey was used as a medicine for many ailments, and is still recommended by doctors and health care advocates alike.
In ancient times in Egypt and in Africa (among other places), they use honey to treat and prevent as well. They actually worshiped the honey bee, and they werent wrong at all for it. The bee is NECESSARY to our life on earth.

I am not a doctor, but you can find any article online nowadays saying basically the same thing.

As I get older I find that the skin, our largest organ absorbs all the toxins (or good things) we put on our bodies and affect our quality of life. It would sicken you to know how many chemicals are in everyday products. It is a lot more widely known now, because of internet and technology.  These chemicals, we breathe them when we wipe our counters. We apply them to our hair to not just dye, but style- and wash and condition. It would be expensive to replace all of the products in our home, so I think moderation is key.   If honey is good for the body's insides, then it would be just as good for our outsides, right?

Back to the bees ... More people do need to start buying honey and honey products. Its only natural to finally combine more honey, bee pollen, and beeswax into not only our diets, but also our lotions and beauty products.

Moving onto the review, now that I have gone on & on  ... &  on!

Bathroom accessories which fit in with the design of your bathroom! #homeDesign

Here is a question you might ask yourself..
Why do you need a Hydrotherm heated towel rack? I actually own a majestic piece of a towel rack, and enjoy it far more than I thought I would. First of all, a lot of bathrooms do not have a ceiling ventilator. Even still those that do, it might not work well. We found our bathroom ceiling fan didn't diminish any temperature, smells or most importantly moisture from the air when we tested it ourselves.

The towel warmer that we added not only enhances the look for our bathroom and the style- but it also:
keeps the bathroom warmer.
Even if you live in a  hot area, as I do- where it isn't really ever cold, and what cold does come doesn't stay for long.. you might not believe that last statement! I know a warm bathroom is nice for us women when we get out of the shower. If we get the chills, we get chill bumps & our freshly shaved legs are no longer smooth. (Believe it or not!!)

Who else hates a smelly bath towel? With there being so much moisture in the bathroom, the towels can smell a bit funky, especially the one at the bottom of the pile, that you never seem to quite have to even use.. until one day, you do. And when you dry off with it, you suddenly do not feel as clean anymore? I know you know what I am talking about!!  This was an issue because we had no closets, so they sat out in the bathroom a lot.

I love that these types of towel warmers don't use much power, and most come with auto on and off settings. Handy for someone who might take a shower at the same time everyday.
Ours doubles as a shelf! We had no linen closet in the house at all, and no shelving or closet in the bathroom. The towel warmer we got has a huge shelf and extends from the wall. We are able to place many towels on it at one time.

There are many things to consider too!
  • What to consider when purchasing a towel warmer?
- What size you would need?
What design fits your personal style, and/or shape and space of/in your bathroom?

  • Your budget is also very important.                                             -  -What features they come with, and what you would want? These aree some of the other much research topics you need to ask before you purchase.

Did you know you can also decorate your bathroom with a floor to ceiling towel rack? I love customizing and adding style to our bathroom with towel racks and warmers & I do think that floor to ceiling towel racks are the ultimate addition to your bathroom!!! Check them out, using the links in this post.

#PictureKeeper #EasyasPie #soSimple *8GB #giveaway 1/30

Picture Keeper  is a revolutionary flash drive that stores your pictures all on it's own. Just plug it in!

We actually have a ton of pictures. I have included some of our favorites over the last few years, and a few of our trip to Savannah GA, which isn't too far from here.

Savannah was really beautiful, and I plan to visit again VERY soon!
Easy as peezy! 3 steps.. plug it in, click backup, wait. All done.
Cool, right? I like that it's not too little, as some of the newer flash drives are. It seems really quality and sturdy, love the big red light when you plug it in,and also the cord, since I like to hang mine up, that's perfect for me.
I was sent the PK8, which holds around eight thousand photos.

Since I am a blogger I have to save the images and upload them to Picasa, so I have a lot of cleanup that is necessary  Since I don't want to delete them all, a tool like this is perfect for me. But I would need 2 or 3 of this size. We take a lot of vacations, and a lot of pictures when we go on vacation. It found almost 20,000 pictures on my computer! I love how Picture Keeper is helping keep my memories safe!!!

Before you use your Picture Keeper, there are a few steps you should do.  Remember, Picture Keeper copies your files just as you have them.  So if you have duplicate files on your computer, don’t like your file architecture, etc. then you need to do some cleanup.

It sadly, wouldn't hold all of my images.

To use Picture Keeper (for PC) just insert the device into a USB port and when the AutoPlay window will appear.  Double click to open the program and click on “start backup.”  It’s that simple.
From this screen you can also set up reminders and view your pictures.  Have more questions about Picture Finder?  Check out their FAQ section
Buy It: Picture Keeper is currently available in over 4000 U.S. retail locations  including Walgreens, Archiver’s, Hobby Lobby, RadioShack  stores and many independent Photo retailers and Scrapbooking stores.  You can purchase a Picture Keeper from PictureKeeper.com! They offer great online support as well!! I have photos everywhere! This really helps with storing and organizing! I lost a bunch of pictures when my hard drive crashed. This would have prevented that loss!!

You can also buy just the software for $30! Use your own flash drives!

To win your very own PK8, comment below that you want to win, and like/follow these 2 pages:

  1. Twitter.com/PictureKeeper
  2. Facebook.com/PictureKeeper

Be sure to leave an email address in your entry/comment.

Giveaway will be drawn via comment # from Random.org. Giveaway will be over on 1/30 at Noon eastern. Please read all rules. Sponsor is responsible for prize fulfillment. Winner will have 48 hours to reply to a winning email before another winner is chosen.

Dial Foaming Hands Soap

For Christmas this year: Dial came out with a decorative Foaming Hand Soap.
They sent me two bottles, and I loved the rich later of the soap, and the bottles, which looked like Snowman, and a candy cane, respectively.. I liked that because it brings a touch of winner around here, where it was a blazing hot 82 degrees today.. in January.. which is CRAZy....

I was glad I didn't get Santa and the Christmas Trees, because Christmas has passed. But since it's winter, candy cane and snowmen, stay "in" longer!
The soap smells fabulous.. I can imagine soon they'll have different decorations on the bottles for spring (probably flowers) and I did like this soap and I would buy it. The soap I feel encourages the kids to wash their hands more.. with it's cute little bottle and pleasant smell! Get your own, I've got mine in the kitchen & bathroom!

We love our Crane Adorables Penguin Air Purifier and you will love it too! It is not only cute, but the kids adore it, and with every reason to adore it, you will too!
When we got it- Devonny (age 2) seemed to think it was her personal toy! She's all; "My fan!"  Ha!

The average price for this Air Purifier is only $79.99!

I love that it has a germicidal UV light, and is whisper quiet. I also love that it has a very long cord, and like a true HEPA filter, removes 6 allergens from the air. There is even a safety feature that causes it to turn off if knocked over by pet or baby! I definitely rest easier at night knowing this little cutie is keeping our air cleaner!

In case you missed it, I recently did another review for Crane. I reviewed Oscar the owl a cool mist humidifier. I also loved it, and am becoming a fast fan of all of their products!
