PMD - personal microderm - get the great skin you've always wanted!

"We all know that various cosmetic procedures can help retain a youthful appearance, but when you consider the cost and the complications of most procedures, the requirements often aren’t worth the reward."

PMD Personal Microderm wants to change all that by making a youthful appearance accessible to everyone. And best of all, you can get great results from the comfort of your own home.

The PMD Personal Microderm is a genuine microdermabrasion device and, as such, can cause skin irritation and scabs if not used properly. From watching the video we will learn, among other things- not to stop the movement of the device. Secondly, you will need to use different discs depending on your skin sensitivity. Lastly-  never go above my cheekbone or below the eyebrow when using the device, since the skin in that area is so incredibly sensitive.

Who it's for...
Ideal for those with fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, skin discolorations, and other imperfections who want smooth, even-toned skin.

I was so surprised by this tiny devices suction power.. which is why when my best friend Courteney used it, she had issues with it. I am grateful that she reviewed it first. Since her skin is naturally prettier than mine, the last thing I want is to be worse. This little wand is no magic stick, it will not transform you into a supermodel with flawless skin. Nothing will. It is a long process. Skin turnover and exfoliation of dead skin cells is important for someone with frequent blemishes. The dead skin can be pore clogging and have dirt and oils that will clog your pores ever more than they naturally, or hormonally want to do. A good sulfur clay mask + this device should help a LOT!. I can't tell you what products to use after this. I am sure that you are supposed to use their products.. however- I was not sent them. I used the Queen Helene Mint Julep mask (I swear by it) and to moisturize, I use Ponds Cold Cream (green lid)  I noticed some slight irritation on my cheeks after and I think I would have been better off starting on my chin or another less sensitive area for my first time.  I was incredibly impressed by the soft and smooth feel of my skin afterwards, plus a few of my acne marks were gone.

My Magic Mud #review @My_Magic_Mud #naturalproducts charcoal teeth whitening!

I usually use stock info and website pictures, because I'm not too confident in front of a camera. However, since I started using this product on my teeth I have had nothing but compliments! The pictures are worth a thousand words and really speak for themselves.
My Magic Mud retails for about 25 dollars a jar, but lasts 150 applications. If you went too heavy with usage maybe 100.
My only issue is the mess it makes but it doesn't stain my porcelain sink or counter. Surprisingly it doesn't have a flavor at all and doesn't feel gritty, honestly regular toothpaste is more coarse IMHO.
I always use peroxide and baking soda, even before starting My Magic Mud.
In addition I also use Uncle Harry's so I think the combination of these products had DRASTIC results on my teeth. Keep on mind I drink a pot of coffee a day and I am also a smoker.
Again I used all products mentioned in rotation twice a day for almost three months!!
Here are the pictures!  ORDER NOW.

#kissable! CandyLipz: The Pouty Lips You Always Wanted. Naturally #blogReview

Thanks for reading my review of Candylipz.com. This is the cutest neatest product I have seen in awhile. I am all about all natural products. I have been trying to build my blog back up, because I haven't blogged in a year. So I have been accepting neat reviews that are pitched to me, or come my way. When this one came across my email I immediately thought of the "Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge" which I've heard is basically the same thing except done with a coke bottle? When originally pitched, I accepted without really reading. It said "lip plumper" so I automatically assumed some spicy gloss, usually the contain cayenne pepper or capsaicin- which is also used for arthritis relief. Usually lip plumpers contain these pepper juices because- well they DO make your lips swell. But only when you are using them. Which is about as painful as it sounds.. and results don't last long.
This product however is not what I expected. When I pulled it out of the gorgeously presented box, I felt like Snow White! I twisted it apart and the bottom came off and I'm looking at it like.. ok this is the bottom part of the container holding the gloss... and kept twisting and pulling at the top of the apple to get to the "gloss" I finally gave up. Luckily it withstood all that twisting and pulling, so that's good!

Once I read the booklet inside the box I then found that this product does something similar to what I used to do in the bathtub as a child.  See, we always had a rinse cup sitting on the edge of the tub. As a small child I would pick up the cup- place it around my mouth and under my chin, and suck the air out of the cup till it was plied onto my face.  This is the same thing and DOES WORK; albeit temporarily. There are a TON of reviews and informational videos about this and all their other many products online.
There is no gloss at all in the apple. It is designed for you to put your lips into the bottom of the apple and suck the air out. This is how it plumps your lips.

Soothing Bottom Relief Diaper Rash Cream (3 oz. / 85 g)
Gentle All-Over Clean Cleansing Towelettes (12 ct)
-This set I received would be PERFECT for a baby shower or the expecting woman in your life. Or be a great hospital gift for the new mom, when you visit the new baby!  This set retails for 50 arv and is fabulous!!!!
I was trying to get pictures of the items when they arrived and Rowan was tripping trying to take them from me! He was so excited!!!

I gave him the wipes bc he was so determined!

True Happy Baby loves his MD Mom set!
This cream is perfect and safe and I use it at every diaper change on his precious bottom!  We are loving it. If diaper rash cream is not your thing, then try their liquid baby powder instead.
These are great because you can use them on any part of the body and they are great for wiping messy food off baby to head out to do errand quickly, small enough to throw in the purse to travel with you. Did I mention they smell great, but light? They also have sunscreen wipes!
This after-bath lotion was my favorite because it makes Rowan so touchably soft!
Conditions that their line can treat:

  • Dry Sensitive Skin
  • Eczema
  • Cradle Cap
  • Psoriasis
  • Treat and Prevent Diaper Rash

Haha @ Rowan in the background... I love this BabySilk line!

I think we found a winner!

He's so cute...but I love that I can trust these products as they are made by Doctors for their own babies. What a cute idea!

Founded in 2006, MD MOMS is the first, and only personal care line for babies developed by pediatrician-moms. MD MOMS products are clinically tested, hypoallergenic, naturally based and specifically formulated with the unique needs of a newborn and sensitive skin in mind.

The range includes, hair and body wash, moisturizers, wipes, diaper rash and cradle cap remedies as well as award-winning sunscreen. Products in the line that are suited for eczema prone skin have been recognized and Accepted by the National Eczema Association, a distinction that sets the brand apart from competitors in the premium baby skincare space.

NuSkin #blogReview #faceMask

Week Before using Mask
NuSkin Face Lift Activator + Powder = Amazing MASK

Thanks for reading my blog review for Nuskin! This blog post is sponsored, meaning they sent me the product for free. Regardless all opinions & experiences are my own and yours may differ. Now that that part is out of the way..

What did I think about the product????

Let's start with the price: AFFORDABLE!!  A+
The Facelift powder & activator liquid are under 35$ and come with both bottles that you need to make the mask. Whats better is, since its in 2 parts, you can mix it to a consistency you like.

Upon mixing it up, I gotta admit, I felt like a mad scientist. It mixed easy, no lumps, and had a consistency like pancake batter. It spread well and dried fairly quickly. Which I appreciated since I don't like a mask that takes too long to dry. It felt so tight on my skin, that if I talked with it on it would crack! It was a strange feeling, but it let me know it was working.

Fed UP about schools lunch habits? Make a change w Katie Couric! #kickstarter

Fed UP!~

Hope you are well! I'm reaching out on behalf of FED UPthe film that explores the truth about the food industry in an effort to get people eating healthier. Executive Produced by Katie Couric and Laurie David, the film has been a resource and tool for parents, teachers, and student to learn the truth about real food.

I know you are very busy but I'm reaching out to you today, because I thought you and the Outnumbered 3 to 1 community might be interested in joining our mission to bring Food Education to Schools. Our goal is to provide a Fed Up Education Kit to every school in America, at no cost to schools and teachers.

It's been shown that once children learn the truth about the food they're eating, where it comes from, and how it affects their bodies, they're likely to make better food choices. We know teachers want to teach food nutrition but they need the resources.

Sally Hansen & Influenster Complete Salon Manicure #review @influensterVOX

I have always loved Sally Hansen Nail Colors and I favor pinks, and even though I am thirty ( I always wanna say 'flirty and thriving'.. you know: from 13 Going on 30" movie? )

I have to admit, I do still love a good glitter polish!  I can't help myself. The colors Sally Hansen selected for me are a little too mature for me, but I used the red on me, and doctored it to "my style" though I might've had a few glasses of wine before I attempted to even do my nails. And I am NOT the best person to ask to do anyone's nails- much less my own. So, don't judge me!

Anyway, without further ado, here are my pics (throughout post) and my opinion is that this nail polish is superior in every way to do the others dozens of polishes that I have/own.

It doesn't get gunky. The consistency is right, and it spreads evenly, stays glossy, dries fast.. The best part is the wide flat brush's unique shape lends to a one swipe coat going on evenly without sitting having to retouch it, until you make it gunky and streaky. The less coats, the smoother for the untaught hand that polishes hands (like Moi!) Read more tips and opinions of this polish on Influenster now. Plus + find other reviews from trusted Mommy Bloggers like me on all your favorite other brands too!

Special thanks to Influenster & Sally Hansen. I was tickled to receive this box of 3 amazing nail polishes for FREE!

Catch up with the brands on Facebook.com/SallyHansen & Facebook.com/Influenster

Disclosure: I was sent products for free in hopes of mentioning it on my blog. Although suggested- it was not required that I post and I didn't receive any monetary compensation for this short review of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure which I did btw LOVE!
