There have been a few pieces that have gotten dirty when not immediately re stuck onto the wall, and they had to be tossed, but it should go without saying that it could be a potential problem. I fussed at her to take better care of them since they are cute and not cheap, and so far so good!

Does the PEEL & PLAY Set damage walls or wall paper?
No, the PEEL & PLAY fabric will stick great to all types of materials except fabric and brick. HOWEVER, it can be removed over and over with no damage to wallpaper, paint or wood.
If the PEEL & PLAY interactive wall play sets have debris such as dog hair, dirt or carpet fibers on the back, the adhesive will be compromised and you may experience a loss of 'stick' on your wall. We have tried a couple of things that have helped with this issue:
#1 - Try using a lint roller to remove pet hair and larger pieces of lint, dust and dirt.
#2 - Use a slightly damp baby wipe or dish towel to wipe/push the dirt, dust and hair to the edge of the PEEL & PLAY piece.
#3 - Remove the materials from the PEEL & PLAY piece with your fingers.
#4 - Try not to stretch the PEEL & PLAY piece when you are removing the debris.
DO NOT SCRUB THE ART OR USE CLEANERS!

How long will the 'stickiness' last?
We have been using our prototype for the last 12 months with regular play (everyday) and it still sticks great to the walls. The material was originally manufactured to be applied to building and billboards and taken down, moved, etc. It is very durable.

Can kids tear the PEEL & PLAY sets?
Because it is fabric, it will not rip or tear. Also, if it is wrinkled or balled up, stick it to your kitchen table, use a spatula or squeegee and you can work the wrinkles right out of the product and put it back on the wall.
