My Magic Mud #review @My_Magic_Mud #naturalproducts charcoal teeth whitening!

I usually use stock info and website pictures, because I'm not too confident in front of a camera. However, since I started using this product on my teeth I have had nothing but compliments! The pictures are worth a thousand words and really speak for themselves.
My Magic Mud retails for about 25 dollars a jar, but lasts 150 applications. If you went too heavy with usage maybe 100.
My only issue is the mess it makes but it doesn't stain my porcelain sink or counter. Surprisingly it doesn't have a flavor at all and doesn't feel gritty, honestly regular toothpaste is more coarse IMHO.
I always use peroxide and baking soda, even before starting My Magic Mud.
In addition I also use Uncle Harry's so I think the combination of these products had DRASTIC results on my teeth. Keep on mind I drink a pot of coffee a day and I am also a smoker.
Again I used all products mentioned in rotation twice a day for almost three months!!
Here are the pictures!  ORDER NOW.

@momsMeet members @GETunreal! Why you should use UNReal Candy this #halloween!! #ad #halloweenCandy!

Whoever heard of Fair Trade candy? I guess we all have- or have heard of "diet" candy, and by that I mean lower sugar. But not only are they expensive and hard-to-find in store(unless online) AND most lower sugar candies have artificial sugars in them, which everyone knows (or should!) are harmful their-self.

Unreal Candy is all these things, including being non-GMO and having no corn syrup, which is the biggest turn-on to me. I despise the corn syrup movement. I eat it in food, so it's sort-of hypocritical of me, but I try not to. Being all honest-- it's hard to avoid it, no?  It's in all our candy, and I'm not the type of mom to deprive my kids.

You can't control all of the other houses handing out candy this Halloween, but it starts with you. Let the movement start in your own home. Be sure to tell your friends and moms you know about UNREAL candy. The more that know: the better we all are. I wish more candy brands would take up the initiative to make their candy UNJUNKED as well.

The bags we got are the bulk bags, and I found them at my local Target, but it does come in individual bags too, and I have seen it at CVS. The picture at the bottom of this post shows all the store logos you might find it at. So if you have a sweet tooth like me, this would be good to have on hand, so go to one of your local stores and go look!

Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil #giveaway

Win 1 quart of Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil!
Tropical Traditions is America’s source for coconut oil. Their Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil is hand crafted in small batches by family producers, and it is the highest quality coconut oil they offer. You can read more about how virgin coconut oil is different from other coconut oils on their website: What is Virgin Coconut Oil?

Tropical TraditionsIf you ever get on Pinterest, you have to check out the Tropical Traditions Pinterest page! I like this board best, the Coconut DIY Board. I was one of the reluctant ones when Pnterest first started, but now I'm all aboard  If you want to follow me on Pinterest, I follow everybody back, and my Pinterest is the same as my Twitter, Facebook, Blog and LinkedIn profile urls. You will find me on just about any site as "1caseycolette" (there can only be one!)  Actually, there isn't. There is also a woman by the name of Colette Casey on Facebook I found.. freaky. I wonder if she's my mirror image opposite doppelganger.

Moving on to other more important things, such as:
Why do you want to win this coconut oil??

Well, for numerous reasons. This coconut oil is minimally processed and GOLD LABEL. It is very high quality, and tastes quite good in most any recipes. I like to add it into my smoothies. I buy a bag of frozen fruit (whatever your preference, but I most like mango, strawberry peach blend.) I will add a few spoonfuls of yogurt, a little juice/water/milk, again- your preference, your palette.  And of course, a spoon (or two) of this Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil.

I love Tropical Tradition's fast delivery & the many ongoing sales of their products which gives the consumers a chance to try them & save more. I highly recommend Tropical Tradition's products, especially their coconut oil & the company itself as a whole. I will be a fan for life and looking forward to try the rest of its healthy products!

This isn't a food/recipe blog, and I don't really follow directions anyway.. I'm a rule breaker. It's more of a judge by your eye and belly type thing. I kinda tend to just throw all the stuff together and it's always really tasty. I can adjust it for flavor after the first initial trial. You'd think the food/dish would turn out questionable, but not to brag, but I must  have a flair for cooking, since it's always REALLY good. Then again, I am not extremely picky anyway. I just likes me some food! I have found that stirring in a spoon of Matcha green tea powder also makes the fruit and coconut oil smoothie taste even better. Matcha tea is good for you, same as coconuts are!

I also do like to stir in coconut oil or use it in place of vegetable canola/olive oil in the kitchen  but keep in mind, it does add a coconut flavor to the dish. It has a strong taste, but if you like coconuts as much as I do, it shouldn't bother you.
I keep meaning to try it with coconut shrimp. Man, oh man- shrimp and coconuts together? I'll be in heaven. Extra COCONUTTY shrimp. YUM!~

If you aren't like me, and you follow recipes and directions to a T, you are probably sorely disappointed by my "recipe" above. Again, sorry- not sorry!
BUT you can find a whole BUNCH of coconut oil recipes here: Freecoconutrecipes.com & here

How to Use Coconut oil: There are hundreds of uses for coconut oil!

Tropical Traditions also carries other varieties of affordable high quality coconut oil. Visit their website to check on current sales, to learn about the many uses of coconut oil, and to read about all the  advantages of buying coconut oil online. Since the FDA does not want us to discuss the health benefits of coconut oil on a page where it is being sold or given away, here is the best website to read about the health benefits of coconut oil.

I was excited to see this on the sidebar of their homepage:

#ChickenANDwaffles?!?! @Torani syrups are soo good. #Torani.#holidayFlavors #review #coffeeLover

My friends who know me well, all know that I am an avid coffee drinker. It should also then, go without saying I have a sweet tooth. These two traits combined make me an expert in the areas like coffee syrups. I know all of the best places to buy it cheap from online, and am proud to say too, that I know about all of the flavors that any brand would make. I like most of them. Coffee & Coffee Syrups are my diets kryptonite.

I was too excited and jumped at the chance to review two full sized bottles of Torani coffee syrups. I know Torani, from purchases on Amazon as being one of the more affordable QUALITY syrups offered.

Torani Has NEW Holiday flavors!
Enjoy these holiday flavors: Gingerbread, Pumpkin Spice, Vanilla, Hazelnut, Italian Eggnog and Peppermint. Right now, two of their sugar free syrups are on sale for 6.76 Sugar Free Vanilla & Sugar Free Salted Caramel. I am interested in the Butterscotch and the Cupcake!

I got sent a sugar version, and a sugar-free version. The regular (sugar) syrup was in the flavor of Gingerbread. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Gingerbread coffee from anywhere, but syrups can have too much nutmeg, or not enough cinnamon flavors... This syrup was delish! I preferred it over the sugar free syrup (Salted Caramel) that Torani sent.

I like to also combine a peanut butter syrup that I homemade with Peanut Butter Extract to make a peanut butter gingerbread iced coffee.

Here is the recipe.
2 TBS of Torani Gingerbread Coffee Syrup
2 TBS of Peanut Butter Syrup.
12 oz of iced coffee.
4 TBS of half/half OR creamer

What if you don't have Torani Gingerbread? Go out and buy some! it's just a few dollars for their small bottles and under 10$ (or around ten) for a large like I received  I guess for a bottle of sugar it seems high, but for a bottle of syrup, you'd be surprised. Thats relatively cheap. (I would know)  PLUS + you end up paying to ship these bottles, and it's not cheap!  BUT Torani syrups are widely available on the coffee & tea aisle at your local walmart (They are at mine!)

Now, as for the peanut butter syrup?
Any tall bottle will do, I like to re-use my Torani Bottles or even old Belvedere vodka bottles, really your imagination is your limit, since you could put syrup into a number of different size/shape containers. Even though I make my own, Torani also has a Peanut Butter Syrup. And even though I love Toranis syrups, I much prefer SAUCES over syrups anyday! I have a 64oz of Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup in the fridge as we type/read.. speak.. lol.

Here are average prices when shopping online w Torani:
750 ml bottle
$7.95

3-Pack (3 x 750 ml bottle)
$7.35 per bottle - SAVE $1.80!
$22.05

12-Pack (12 x 750 ml bottle)
$6.95 per bottle - SAVE $12.00!
$83.40

Dont forget to buy the pump!!!

Homemade Peanut Butter Syrup Recipe
Buy Watkins Peanut Butter Extract from your local grocers spice/extract aisle. Use 3 cups of water and 3 cups of sugar and slowly melt sugar into water, stirring the whole time, usually about 10 minutes, then turn the eye off, pour the whole bottle of extract in, and let it sit for about 20 minutes stirring every few minutes. Once it has cooled, pour it into a bottle and enjoy.

I suppose peanut butter coffee doesn't sound good, but you'd be surprised.

Chicken N Waffles Syrup? What the heck?
Moving on to the ever so lovely Salted Caramel Torani sugar-free syrup.

Doesn't sugar-free syrup sound like an oxymoron?
Besides that one issue, the syrup itself was quite tasty! I usually don't always like sugar -free syrups  some have a nasty aftertaste, or just don't taste right. I did enjoy this syrup, but could tell it was sugar free.

In a pinch I would use it, but I'm not sure. The salt is very salty, and perhaps it would be good in a ginger ale, or a root beer, or a cream soda, or especially VANILLA ICE CREAM (I tried it, YUM!~) But being that I consume coffee 50% of the day (Everyday!) I do need a tasty COFFEE syrup.

1 tbsp Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup
2 shots espresso
1/2 cup skim milk, foamed
Sugar free salted caramel syrup
Rich, buttery caramel kicks things off. And just when you thought that was it, a touch of saltiness appears - and the ride continues. Hop on and enjoy the sugar-free adventure.
Recipe Instructions
Steam milk and Torani together. Pour into a cup and add brewed espresso*. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over top of beverage. Garnish with sea salt. *Can Substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee.

Here lately brands are coming out with salty sweet items, and to me they don't really belong together. I did find that the Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate w Sea Salt was very tasty, so I assumed I would enjoy the salted caramel syrup immensely as well, but I actually just found it to be OK. It tasted better though, when I added chocolate syrup to it in my coffee, but the chocolate syrup I have is Hersey's, and not sugar free.

I am terribly interested in your thoughts if you have tried any of the Torani Flavors, or even what your favorite recipe for coffee is! Please share it here, in comments below, or on my blog's Facebook Page: Locomotion Of Expressions  My favorite coffee drink recipe is called an Almond Joy, with Almond, Coconut, and Choclate (So yum!~)

Thanks for reading Locomotion of Expressions!!!

#HolidayGiftGuide for the extreme tanner, 'aint no Casper 'round here! #review

I have done a few blog reviews for spray Tanning Products this year! But these products sent from Extreme Tan & Smoothies are by far my favorite yet!
I loved the little set of bottles they sent and it was really a complete package!
In tanning (and yes, even spray tanning!)
I love the pamphlet included with my kit (seen above) which has VERY helpful tips on achieving the perfect sunless tan!
My advice, exfoliate exfoliate, exfoliate again.
I love how organized their site!
Shop by:

  • Skin care (Lotions, exfoliators, accelerators)
  • Kits & Combos (Combo packages save you a little bit of ca$h!)
  • Sunless Tanning (My go-to move, and my favorite accessory and bathroom shelf most used item!)
  • Tanning Lotion (good old fashioned Tanning Lotion!)

Now we all know what's right and what isn't right for us.If your extremely pale you wouldn't want to use anything too terribly dark, and in my opinion, you should stay away form sunless tanning until you have developed a base tan,. otherwise you'll look funny!
Also, I have to be careful (because I'm a wuss) and I hate tingle lotions! Some people LOVE them.. now me- personally.. I don't see how. They hurt! But I guess people are into that?
In fact, I like my Sunless Tanning to have a bronzer, but I do not like accelerators with bronzers in them. It can be very hard for me to find an accelerator without bronzer, and even harder to find one without Tingle. Especially hard to find one with neither.
That's why I loved Sensual so much.

I love how affordable their products are.. because if you don't know.. back home in Alabama if you walk into a tanning salon intending to buy anything from there, be prepared to shell out a pretty penny for it. At least double -- if not more than Extreme Tan & Smoothies charges..

Here.. lets compare:

The exfoliation scrub by ETAS that I received (above) is called PINK. The cost on Extreme Tan & Smoothies Site is only 17$.
That would cost about 25 where I'm from.
Moving on to the Bronzer Free Accelerator SENSUAL -- their price is 20$ .. which is half of what I have paid.

"Sensual is a Level 4 Tan Extending Bronzer-Free Moisturizer
Sensual is loaded with high quality ultra-moisturizing ingredients that will not only ensure your skin's inner health, Sensual tan extending bronzer-free moisturizer will also increase your skin's outer beauty and extend the life of your tan. "
Moving on to the Sunless tanner: Spray Tan Can the price is a LOW $23.95, which is lower than I pay at a Tanning Salon for sprays like this.
I loved the design of the can, and more importantly the results. The tan is long lasting and looks natural. Did I mention how good it smells? Coconut-ty!

"Extreme Tan and Smoothies exclusive Spray Tan Can provides the perfect even bronze tan everyone desires. This anti-aging bronzing mist gives you an instant streak-free tan whether you use it for touch-ups or full body tans.

The Spray Tan Can is larger than most competitor brands at 7oz.
"

I love the exfloliator sent : PINK. I love that there are several other exfoliating scrubs to choose from on their site as well!

"When a tanner plateaus their exfoliation process gets sluggish, their elimination pathways become clogged and new skin cell productions slow down.

Tanning products use alpha hydroxides to open the pathways and help you get a deeper penetration so you tan darker. This doesn't always work or it takes more than one session. The exfoliation opens your pathways and allows your body to receive the full effects of your tanning lotion or sunless spray. This will cause you to get a better tan and deeper color the first time you use it. Not oil based, perfect for the shower.
Fragrance: Pink Grapefruit "
If you are interested in trying some of the products I reviewed, you can buy a Combo Pack of the Spray Tan Can PLUS which is $23.95 meaning you buy the Spray Tan Can and get the exfoliating scrub PINK totally free! No strings attached!!! Neat, huh?
Another neat product they have that I didn't review, but surely deserves a shout-out is their Bronzer Drops, which is a glass dropper bottle of bronzer that can be added to any of your favorite lotions you already use and the price is a very affordable $17.95, which could potentially save you OH SO much  money if you buy Sunless tanner regularly.
"Extreme Tanning Lotion Bronzing Drops enhance the bronzing power of your current indoor tanning lotion, even if your lotion already contains bronzers or is a bronzer-free tanning lotion.

Our exclusive Bronze Drops can be added to any indoor tanning lotion for either super deep dark tan bronzing results to take your tan safely to the next level. "

I do feel like this would the perfect gift for the wife or sister who loves to tan but of course, with it being winter and all, she'd appreciate being able to keep her tan with these products  she'd love that immensely. Besides-- spray tan is so much cheaper, and safer.. than a tanning bed package.
Would last longer too.. just sayin'!

I don't know about you, but I LOVE a good face mask! Have you seen the "single serving" disposable (weeelll.. 3 times usages) packages sold at your local WalMart? They usually run from prices ranging from .99 cents to a little over 1.00 dollar. This Brand, Called Montagne Jeunesse makes many different specialty masks, for any skin concern!

My mother adores them and introduced me to them long ago.
I really like the idea of being able to sample it in this way, it's a non-committal way to try a product and be sure it's right for you, since good skin care differs greatly from person to person by ingredient, I found this extremely helpful!
I recently got to try FIVE packages of this neat product!

#HolidayGiftGuide Mi Cielo HAS THE CUTEST T-Shirts for Kids & Baby!!!

For those who have read my Elmo Makes Music Review you already know we are HUGE "Elmo" Fans. When you add that to the fact that I also love all things Etsy & Handmade-- but who doesn't? It's a sure fire bet I asked to review Mi Cielo's Elmo Shirt!
These days the fad seems to be leaning towards organics, and handmades..
I love the handmade and gorgeous shirts by Mi Ceilo.

Oh my.. does the list go on and on. In fact- it seems like Mi Cielo has expanded their inventory/characters/selection since I first started my blog review of their items.

Having had this shirt since late summer I can tell you just how quality it its. First of all- I have washed it in the washing machine and dryer, and it is doing great! I decided recently to stop doing this though, just in case- but did it for this review, just to see!
(I'm a rule-breaker!)
Second of all, everyone seems to think I made it.
Now of course, I refuse to take credit for that- so I correct them, and tell them to look for the review soon. Because they all want their own.

About Kayo Master:

I don't know how she finds time for all of that, but I gotta say WOW!~ + I am extremely impressed with her patience !

Keep in mind-  She also has on Etsy, a 100% feedback scored from 536 people!
That's fantastic!  I am sure I don't even do that good here on this blog!  LOL!

Devonny LOVES this shirt!!

Thank god Blogspot doesn't have feedback.

No, I'm just kidding!!!

Ilove this brand, and you have just GOT to check her stuff out.. it all has the same theme, and cutesy cartoony look, the design itself is made with felt, and the shirt is high quality cotton!

I do want to share my top 5 fave items/pictures in her storefront (your welcome) and I also included links to them on her site and Etsy! I also think it's neat she offers gift wrapping for only 3$!
You should keep her in mind this year when buying your Holiday Gifts! She makes clothes for all ages and sizes, and even requests custom made orders.
Don't y'all love all the pics of Devonny in it? She's so sweet!~
Without further ado, here are my top 5 picks for her stores:
