#kids #bookreview #childrensbooks A Day In the Life of Peanut and Bosco + Victorian Doll house Kit from @schifferbooks

I got the chance to review a selection of books from Schiffer Publishing and they sent about 4 for each of my children, and I have 4. For the children who are too young (age 1 and 3, ((and a 1/2)), respectively) to write reviews and share opinions particularly; I will write them for them.
My daughters are 8 and 13 and can write their own.
The 2 books being reviewed this time are by my eight year old. She is a girly girl who has carefree energetic and lovey vibes.

DEVONNYS BOOK AND CRAFT KIT  were the ones we chose to do first.

Devonny and I loved the fun rhyming book so much that we read it 3x and donated it to her school's 3rd grade classroom bookshelf and another. Opt to her schools public library.
It reminded me so much of Dr Suess , with the super fun flow of the rhymes. A very fun adventure with a girl Peanut and her best friend: her dog, Bosco. It is so beautifully illustrated and I love the cut out heart cover.

description :

Join Peanut and her adorable dog, Bosco, as they travel the globe, stop crime, go back in time, relax in a marine underworld, and turn into helpful robots that fold the laundry. This colorful story celebrates the bond between kids and their pets, while suggesting that children can go far, literally and figuratively, by using their imagination.

The second item we want to feature for yall today is this very cool Victorian doll house kit that comes with blank/white ( you color it in colors of your own choosing ) walls and accessories and features for your make your own doll house and you even get to put it together. We have yet to start coloring on it but we love the price and how it looks overall.

It seems very thick, durable & sturdy and she's very excited to get it set up on her dresser. I like that you can use your own colored pencils, oil pastels, paints or markers. Devonny is eight and it's age appropriate for her. She said that she likes that its so intricate and will keep her busy for awhile. A real boredom buster for our house. If you like this kit you can buy it from Schiffer Publishing.

You can find this great craft kit on Amazon If you love Amazon as much as I do.

This beautiful, three-dimensional dollhouse is easy to assemble. Children and adults alike will enjoy the rich architectural ornamentation of this classic, Victorian cottage. Create your own color scheme for both its interior and exterior. Two resident cats add charm, and you can furnish the home with dollhouse furniture, small dolls, and your imagination. Assembled, the house stands a full 13 1/4" tall on its base of 6 3/4" by 9 1/2." Made of sturdy, thick board, this dollhouse folds flat back into its own box, and can be used again and again or preserved for future generations to come. Middle grades-ages 8-12.
