When using Monat and shampooing use the size of a quarter in your palms, rub them together then shampoo into your already wet hair.

Rinse and repeat. If no suds the first time it means the other products from past shampoos are needing that extra shampoo to take it out.

Use the MASK sample just once  a month.

Same amount as the shampoo but use it once ( not twice like shampooing) and leave it in your hair for 5-8 minutes/ focus on yr hair not scalp- its a moisturizer not cleaner)

rinse out

then use a conditioner ( size of a quarter) rub into your hair ( leave in 1 minute and rinse out.

Use a t-shirt or t-shirt towel to dry your hair.

Try using a wide tooth comb to comb your hair not a brush.

If you Blow dry your hair lower the temperature cause your hair now has had Monat's natural based products in it & will also dry in half the time.

I love that this line smells exactly like Gardenia. I also love the way I t make a my hair smell all day and night and I most liked that it makes my hair wavy and have a lot of volume  it looks shinier than it normally does.

If you're looking for a line for Color treated hair it did well on mine when I dye it about every two to three months.

My favorite product was the smoothing conditioner.
