What you don't put into your body is just as important as what you do.

That is why it is so important to be careful what chemicals you put onto your skin!

Hylunia is a brand I have come to know recently, and practices what they preach.

What I love about the brand it has very safe ingredients you can trust.

I chose to review the Mango Body Wash $33

It is very lightly scented and thinner than I am used to. But, it lathers up quite nicely. Usually when I think mango, I think colored, heavily scented lotion-y washes we know from local stores. This is much more natural than that. Your skin doesn't feel dried out afterwards. I did like this body wash and amazingly I still have a bunch of it left! I can't wait to try more products from Hylunia. These are great, really! 

Rebalance and refresh. Gentle cleanser purifies and energizes the skin. While the refreshing aroma of Mango energizes and invigorates mind and body.

I love that this site offers free shipping, I got irritated with Disney recently I had a $60 order I didn't qualify for free shipping. That's crazy, so I appreciate the fact this site offers this.

The next item I reviewed was the Healing Rose Water Mist with Calendula

Correction & Prevention

I got to take this item to the beach with me. I loved how it has two lids. I wasn't worried about losing the spray nozzle like I usually am/do when toting products to & fro like I do.

I sprayed this product from head to toe, and wasn't worried about what might be harmful in it. :)

It was much more moisturizing than I assumed it would be. It was more spray lotion than water, and had to be rubbed in. :)

I did like it and it smells light and pleasant. I can smell stronger notes of the rose scent.

The last item I reviewed was the Natural Sunscreen, which I was MOST excited about!!!

Of course, me being the little beach going girl that I am, I appreciated a natural sunscreen. Most people don't know natural sunscreen is a real thing, but it is. You don't have to use all those chemicals to protect your skin. It smells like menthol, which I didn't particularly care for, but it wasn't strong enough to bother me. I also loved how this sunscreen is virtually unpenetrable. In fact, when we got it wet, you could see it kind-of white, still on the skin. i twas actually hard to wash off, but that isn't a bad thing. I think that barrier like waterproof protection was ultimately greatly appreciated.  It's a non-greasy sunscreen that goes perfectly under makeup and work for the entire family. Note for parents – this sunscreen will not run into eyes and sting.

Good for all skin types, including sensitive or acne-prone skin. The non-greasy formula does not cause breakouts.

Contains safe natural, non-toxic ingredients that protect against both UVB rays that cause sunburn and UVA rays that cause deep wrinkles due to collagen-elastin breakdown. The ingredient list is so short and  minimal, and all of them are recognizable to me. I do worry a lot about the time we spend in the sun as a family, so it's good to start using safer sunscreens.

I have heard that any spf over a certain number is just extra chemicals, I was to say 50. So that doesnt make me want to lather my children in 75 spf, does it you?

Some sun is healthy, without the sun we cannot live. So I like going to the beach and getting out in it. You need the sun to be happy. To produce melantonin, and you importantly vitamin D! :) Which we need to make SEROTONIN. Too much sun can be bad, so using sunscreen is important. I'm no Doctor, just a mommy, but the facts are in black & white.
