I've been listening to this song today, too. Taylor Kinney is a beautiful, beautiful man; it kinda sucks that his character was killed off of The Vampire Diaries.
Sometimes on Thursdays when I get all excited about watching the TV show Person of Interest, I sing "You & I" and replace "Nebraska" with "Iowa" in honor of Michael Emerson.
