How do I redeem my Kudzoom credits?

Your credits may be applied during the payment information step of the checkout process. This allows you to redeem your credits whenever you choose. You can view your available credits anytime from your account home screen. There is no limit with regard to use of your credits - just keep in mind referral credits are not applied until their order ships.

You can get a referral credit?

When your friend's order ships. Also, your friend must have used your personalized code when they made their first purchase to be eligible for the credit. If your friend used a different code, you will not be eligible for credit.

What do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping is handled primarily through USPS, and you pay what anyone would were they mailing it (your "Fair Share" - that's it. As such, the most you should pay would be Priority Mail for $4.95 (you cannot ship standard first class above 12 ounces and Canada may have additional cost), but lighter items such as bows ship for as little as 88 cents. Heavy items such as some toys may require a set fee but it will be clearly stated with the event.

Where do they ship?

Kudzoom currently will ship to any street address in the continental US and Canada along with Alaska and Hawaii. Packages containing liquids cannot be shipped outside the contiguous US.

Kudzoom includes insurance in all the prices you see for shipping.
