What did I think?

Anything that has the studies it claims, is alright by me!

My best friend, Beth said; "Your going to take something you don't know is approved or mandated by the government?"

(me) Yeah, Beth, I am.. as you ironically sit there filled with birth control that has MANY MANY side effects, and you deal with daily migraines that you have no idea how to stop, where they come from.. (Birth control perhaps?)  Only thing you take daily... Let's not get started on the Orange Juice that we ironically drink that is years old and has flavor packs in them which contain arsenic and chemicals that are in perfume.

And then, stop and pause thought at the fruits and vegetables that KILL people because they cant seem to regulate that good enough.

Now, still scared of a pill with ground up mushrooms in it?

Yeah.. that's what I thought.

First of all, it should me noted that dietary supplements are not reviewed by the FDA and thus, that is why you see the, "This product is not reviewed by the FDA....etc, etc" disclaimer on their labels. This does not mean that the FDA has found that there is something wrong with a product, it just means they don't review them (as they do with pharmceuticals). However, you can contact the FDA to see if there have been complaints or problems with a product.

That being said, I had no issues while taking this pill.
The only noted problem, was looser stools. Which is not a bad thing at all.

I liked this supplement and felt better taking it. So it could have hypothetically been a placebo of a sugar pill and I wouldn't have known. It's not like I am going to break it down in a lab and analyze every ingredient that is inside of it. It's a trust thing. I do know that I can't tell you if I am healthier, but I can tell you I am fine.
