What we thought:
We found this DVD workout set to be quite exhilarating. Me being a beginner I have a hard time keeping up with anything past the beginner DVD yet tried my best anyway!
I was so sore! I was slightly discouraged but kept at it. I feel that this DVD set it probably best for someone who is extremely accustomed to working out constantly.
The instructors are likable, and the instructions easy to follow, but sometimes the moves the are asking you to preform are slightly difficult to say the least. Overall though- this is a very nice set to add to my growing workout DVD collection. I haven't yet tried the pregnancy DVD yet, but only because I feel that looking at all those pregnant women will either make me nauseous. (With every pregnancy I had extreme cases of nausea) or make me have baby fever! (Want another? I don't!) I have enjoyed this DVD and the workout left me feeling refreshed . That is, until day four, when I felt almost too sore to continue. Perhaps I should get into the habit of working out more often? Gym membership anyone?
I gotta say though- I give it four stars out of five!
For the money it is an incredible deal and kicked my butt!
