    it wouldnt let me fill it out either. i am using chrome, but i called my bff and she filled it out successfully, she uses IE but i couldn't fill it out no matter what i did. i was like "hmmmm" weird.. but here is the link to it if you want to try it again, im not sure it being in the blog post has anything to do with it though....
