nuNAAT at Walgreens! Watch this video!

Dear fans of Locomotion of Expressions  & nuNAAT!! 
If your reading this then you are in the big  blogosphere – and you can help me! Do you happen to remember my my review of nuNAAT? They are  still a small company, but working their way up. They recently got their first product placed NATION WIDE in Walgreens! This was a huge accomplishment for them and was in part due to your support because you have helped more people recognize nuNAAT products.

With their brand new commercial about the product that Walgreens is carrying nation wide and I am hoping to encourage you guys to go look at it. The Ultra Keratin Touch (UKT) kit that the video is about really is a unique product and FABULOUS for all hair types. I hope you can pick one up yourself…but until then, maybe you can watch the video for me? nuNAAT really wants Locomotion of Expressions readers to give their feedback on it. This means YOU! The BEST ice cream brand ever: Bluebell- releases another new flavor!!!

Here comes another couple of pounds. As if it aren't enough that Bluebell has spoiled me so much with it's ice cream, I cannot enjoy ANY other store bought ice cream brands... Which SUCKED because when I was in Rotten Groton CT for 2 years, I couldn't get Bluebell ice Cream, I never found it at ANY grocery stores, and believe me- I looked. Thus I got stuck with Store brands, (egh!) and Bryers and Blue Bunny & Haagen Daaz and while they are OK, they do not compare to Bluebell, in my humble opinion. The only stores that do compare are actual Ice Cream stores, and even that is a toss-up on some flavors.

I have several favorite Blue bell ice creams, some of which include:

  • Cookies & Cream
  • Pecan Pralines & Cream
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • Their "cobbler ice creams"
  • Banana Pudding ...
  • and the best yet: Cherry Cheesecake.

Now with their newest creation, which I am sure I'll be adding to my list too!

BRENHAM – Red velvet cake is one of the most delectable foods with its delicious and eye-catching layers of red cake covered in creamy white icing. You might think it can’t possibly get any better. But it can. In May, Blue Bell is introducing Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream, a luscious red velvet cake ice cream with pieces of red velvet cake and a cream cheese icing swirl.
“We’re cranking out a whole lot of Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream to meet the expected demand,” said Carl Breed, director of marketing for Blue Bell. “I think this flavor is going to be a big hit with Blue Bell fans. Our ice cream tastes just like a red velvet cake as there is a hint of red velvet flavor in the ice cream, but you have the extra tastiness of actual pieces of red velvet cake mixed in. The cream cheese swirl ties it all together quite well.”

Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream will be sold in half gallons and pints.

Blue Bell has had great success with its cake inspired flavors. Cake and Ice Cream was released in 2010 and continues to be a fan favorite. Birthday Cake Ice Cream and the recently introduced Strawberry Banana Pound Cake Ice Cream both combine cake pieces with “the best ice cream in the country.”

“You can’t go wrong combining two popular desserts like cake and ice cream,” Breed added. “Many people top a slice of cake with ice cream. With a flavor like Red Velvet Cake you have the best of both worlds in one half gallon.”

Also look for these two returning favorites, Key Lime Pie Ice Cream and Southern Hospitality Ice Cream. Both will be available in your grocer’s freezer in May.
